Unable to Connect – Cannot locate the driver :

If you are seeing the following error, it would suggest that the PowerBI installation may have not completed correctly or the version is not compatible with your system.

How to resolve: If there is a notification to upgrade your version, please follow the steps presented or try uninstalling and reinstalling a later version.

Unable to Connect – Incorrect username or password:

The error message above will occur if either the username or password entered is incorrect.

Please follow the steps below clear the stored credentials:

  • Go to ‘File’ and select ‘Options and Settings’

  • Select ‘Data Source Settings’

  • Select the relevant data source and click ‘Edit Permissions’

  • Under the ‘Credentials’ heading, select ‘Edit’

You can now enter the username and password as it has been added in the Data Warehouse App under ‘Users
